Parents of international students who have studied in academic institute lower than high school.
Married to an F-5 holder or a permanent resident in South Korea.

Here is the detailed process for getting permanent residency in South Korea as an international student after getting employed.
Study a course in Korea like associate, bachelors, master, doctoral degrees, exchange courses, training programs. etc
Work as a professional like professors, researchers, language or technical instructors, skilled workers,etc., in some specific fields or employed as arts or entertainment proffessionals.
Be as a resident in the country and stay & work there for 1 to 5 years to full fill the permanent residency status requirements.
Here the resident status will be different for each candidate based on their education background and employment field and company.
Usually international students who have done doctoral degree in Korea can work for more than 1 year in Korea and apply for PR status. For bachelors and masters students, it required 4 years to be gain PR status. However, if you are have done doctoral degree from abroad countries and wokin in the hi-tech field in Korea you can be eligible for PR within 1 year of work experience in this country.

Visit the Korean visa portal at www.visa.go.kr.
Fill in the online-application form online and upload the essential documents.
Carry the essential documents and visit the Immigration office in Korea or and Eorean Embassy in India.
Make the fee payment and wait for your PR approval.
The fees for the PR in Korea will be different for each country. Some countries like Germany, China, Peru, Japan, Australia, etc. and more are even exempted from paying the visa application costs. Howver, Indian applicants are required to pay a fee of Rs 4,500 for single entry.
