The admission procedure for the BBA Real Estate and International Business Co-major programme is a simple one. Every college or university has its own minimum requirements which helps in filtering out the non-eligible students. As per the BBA Real Estate and International Business Co-Major programme eligibility criteria, applicants must be eligible to enrol in the University of Georgia. Also, the applicants must have UGA GPA for old transfer students while no UGA GPA for new transfer students. The applicants require completion of or proof of exemption from some Maths courses. The same is the case with ACCT courses. Completion of or engagement in BUSN courses is also required. The requirement of involvement in BBA General Education Core Curriculum Areas I–VI is also there. Applicants must have a 2.0 or higher UGA GPA or no UGA GPA for new transfer students. Applicants must also have a 2.6 or higher earned overall GPA (transfer and UGA coursework combined).
Applicants must have completed MATH 1113, MATH 1113E, or a higher-level MATH course successfully or have obtained an exemption. By the application deadline, a passing grade or exemption must have been recorded on your academic record at UGA.
Candidates must have passed ACCT 2101, ACCT 2101E, or ACCT 2101H successfully. By the application deadline, a passing grade or exemption must have been recorded on your academic record at UGA.
Applicants must have completed BUSN 3000, BUSN 3000E, or BUSN 3000H successfully or be engaged in one of those courses at the time they apply to their first ‘BBA Real Estate and International Business Co-major’.

The BBA General Education Core Curriculum Area VI must be finished or in progress, and candidates must have completed or be enrolled in a minimum of 58 credits (excluding P.E.). The University determines eligibility based on credit hours through an indicator ‘Credits Applied’ in DegreeWorks of UGA( DegreeWorks is a web-based tool that is used by students to monitor their progress towards degree completion).

The applicant must either be enrolled in or have already completed the third level (or higher) of the same language, such as SPAN 2001 (having already completed or excused SPAN 1001 and SPAN 1002), in order to apply for the BBA Real Estate and International Business co-major.
