McCombs School of Business was established in 1922 as a part of the privately-owned University of Texas, Austin. The main objective of the college was to develop the knowledge and power of future generations through its high-quality education and teaching. The institute offers BBA, MBA, and MPA programmes. Later, MS programmes in areas of Business Analytics, Energy Management, Finance, Information Technology and Management, Marketing, and Technology Commercialization were also introduced.
