Students applying at the University of Oregon by January 15 will be automatically considered for General University Scholarships. General University Scholarships are awarded based on scholastic achievement, and selection is highly competitive. Awards vary between 1,000 - 3,600 USD. This scholarship is awarded for one year at a time only.

The University of Oregon also offers one specific scholarship for Indian students known as  Sushil Jajodia Indian Student Scholarship. Awarded each academic year to new and continuing Indian students.
