About The College of Law

The College of Law, Sydney was established in 1974 with the aim of offering legal education to all students across the country. The college became an autonomous institution at the end of 1995 with more evolved higher education programmes. The College of Law is regulated by the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profits Commission and is recognised by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA).

The College of Law Overview

  • The College of Law Limited has around 31 Members, and every one of them has consented to be a member in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.
  • The college has its branches all over Australia now and has also started operating the College of Legal Practice in the United Kingdom.
  • The College of Law has also launched the Centre for Legal Innovation in 2016 which will act as an incubator for research, discourse, and discussion about the impact of legal knowledge in today’s generation.

The College of Law Admission and Application

  • Applicants need to visit the official portal of the college and download the application form.
  • Application forms must be filled in with all valid details and all required documents must be attached along with it.

  • Before getting admissions, students must also get all their documents verified and pay the admission fee through a valid payment method.

The College of Law Eligibility

  • Students need to submit a few documents like earlier previous academic documents, a personal statement, letters of recommendation, and a resume.
  • For undergraduate programmes, students need to complete their high school education and for admissions to graduate programmes, students need to have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university or institute.
  • Transfer students also have to submit their previous college transcripts.
