In the writing section of the IELTS examination, the candidate is given a total of 1 hour to complete the entire test. As far as the structure of the IELTS examination is considered, two sections are to be answered. In the first section, the candidate has to transcribe the contents given in a bar graph or any other graphs or charts. The second type of writing section question is an essay-based question and the candidate must attend this as well. The word limit of both sections is 150 words and 250 words respectively. IELTS Writing Task 1: Process Diagram Solution
The water cycle which is responsible for rain in nature is depicted in the process diagram given above.
After considering all the factors, it is evident that this process consists of three main phases, starting with the evaporation of water and subsequent cloud formation. The path of the water once it hits the ground is depicted in the following phase, which concludes with saltwater intrusion.
The heat from the sun causes water to evaporate into the air at the beginning of the process. Eighty per cent of all water vapour is thought to originate from the ocean. The condensation of water vapour that follows creates a cloud.
The next phase is marked by snow or rain due to the dense clouds. Water which is the byproduct of precipitation now enters the lakes and seeps into the earth. Rainwater from the surface runoff forms the groundwater, which eventually returns to the ocean without passing through the impermeable barrier. Seawater intrusion, or the movement of ocean water into freshwater aquifers, is the final process of the water cycle.

The above question is classified under the process diagram questions. This type of question can be very complicated and confusing according to the complexity level of the diagrams. The only way to tackle this challenge is through constant practice. The candidates must take a lot of IELTS writing practice tests to get familiarised with the test patterns and questions

IELTS Writing Task 2: Discussion Essay Solution
Certain individuals believe that academic rewards ought to be given to students who achieve the highest levels of success. The primary objective of this argument is that to get the best grade, students may be encouraged to study hard, and those who perform very well in school need to be commended for their efforts. On formal exams, only a select few bright students can succeed, and normal students may believe they are not smart enough to compete with brighter students at all. Thus, to improve their overall performance, other students must be also acknowledged for their efforts and commended.
On the other hand, I agree with people who believe that students who make a dedicated effort to learn should receive rewards from their schools. For instance, my parents used to frequently give me small gifts when I did better on a test than I had on the previous one when I was a child. I still recall that this helped me to be top of my studies in the classroom and made a big difference in my studies. It is advised that to motivate students to learn, schools can use a similar strategy. Teachers may commend students as a way of acknowledging their work during the semester.
In conclusion, I believe that academic progress should be recognized by schools, not just for the students who achieve the highest scores. Any form of appreciation and love can serve as a confidence booster to any student which can in turn elevate their skills and enhance their productivity.

The above question type is a discussion essay. The candidate with extensive IELTS writing practice through taking the IELTS writing exam practice test can easily ace this type of question. The candidates must ensure that they give adequate time for studying discussion essays in their IELTS writing practice because they are also frequently seen in the previous year's questions.
