The rescheduling fee for the GMAT exam depends on how far in advance a candidate changes his/her appointment date and whether he/she takes the test at a centre or online. If a student reschedules 1-14 days before the scheduled exam date, the fee is USD 165 for a test centre exam and USD 180 for an online exam.

Cancellation Charges for GMAT

The GMAT exam cancellation fee depends on how far in advance students cancel their appointments:

If a candidate cancels 1-14 days before the scheduled exam date, the fee is USD 220 for a test centre GMAT or USD 240 for an online GMAT.
If a candidate cancels 15-60 days before the scheduled exam date, the fee is USD 195 for a test centre GMAT or USD 210 for an online GMAT.

Note: Candidates taking the GMAT test must note that their appointment cannot be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
