IDP IELTS: The IDP is the conducting body of the IELTS exam in India. IELTS full form is the International English Language Testing System and it is an English assessment exam that is designed in a way that helps you work, study, or migrate to a country where English is the primary language of communication. The IDP full form in IELTS is International Development Programmes. Nowadays, the IDP IELTS full form is the most searched keyword by many of the aspirants who would like to study abroad. You can choose your IDP IELTS test dates up to four times a month which makes 48 IDP IELTS test dates in a calendar year for IELTS paper-based test. However, IDP IELTS registration dates 2024 for computer-based tests are available 7 days a week. For the IDP IELTS Academic and General training module, the availability of IDP IELTS exam dates 2024 in India may be different. While there are 48 available IDP exam booking dates for the IELTS Academic, there are only 24 available IDP exam booking dates for the IELTS General Training version. The IDP IELTS test is mostly held on Thursdays and Saturdays. The listening, reading, and writing sections of the IDP IELTS exam take place on the same day as the IELTS, while the speaking section is conducted up to seven days prior to or post the IDP IELTS test dates.

The IDP IELTS exam fees can be paid by the following methods:
Credit/ Debit (Visa or Master) and Netbanking
Demand Draft - The demand draft should be drawn in favour of "IDP EDUCATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Payable at New Delhi" and should be made from the list of approved banks.
Bank deposit – You can also deposit cash in ICICI/HDFC bank branches through a customized deposit slip. You can either download this slip from the IELTS IDP India website or take it from the nearest IELTS IDP branch office/ referral partner. Make sure to attach the original customer copy of the deposit slip along with the IELTS application form.
The IELTS exam IDP slot can be either booked online or offline at your nearest IDP India IELTS branch. We will tell you how to go about the IDP IELTS booking. Candidates who are registering for the first time must create an IDP IELTS login.
Create an IDP IELTS login on the IELTS India website.
Make an IDP IELTS login using your credentials to proceed to the IDP IELTS exam booking.
Now select the option of “Register for IELTS”.
Now select the test you wish to take - computer-delivered IELTS/ paper-based (IELTS, IELTS for UKVI, or Life Skills).
Now select your test type/module – Academic or General Training for IELTS, IELTS for UKVI, A1 and B1 for Life Skills.
Now select your preferred test location/city from the available IELTS IDP test centres in India. Candidates are advised to make the IDP IELTS booking of test centres by choosing from the nearest locations to them.
Now make the IDP IELTS exam booking from the available list of dates. Select your desired date and time slot. Be deliberate about the appropriate IDP IELTS exam date before completing the IDP IELTS date booking. There are no easy refund policies in case of cancellation or absence.
Fill in all the details that are required and complete your IDP registration.
You will also need to scan and upload a clear copy of your passport.
Now pay the IELTS IDP exam fee to complete IDP IELTS registration.
You will receive an acknowledgement on your registered email/phone after the booking of your IELTS test date is completed.
Once your IDP IELTS test dates is booked, you will receive an acknowledgement on your registered email/phone number.
If you wish to book the IDP IELTS India in person, you can visit your nearest IDP India IELTS branch or referral partner, provide your documents, complete your IDP IELTS registration, and make your IDP exam booking.
The IDP IELTS result that you get online is not the official result. The IDP IELTS result given at this time is provisional until you receive your official Test Report Forms(TRFs) of IDP IELTS result. These additional IDP IELTS result in the form of TRFs are released for payment of charges.

Enter your name as provided in the IELTS application form.
Enter your family name. If you do not have a family name, enter a hyphen (-).
Enter your passport number or ID number.
Enter your date of birth.

Login at the IDP official website: ielts.org with the email ID you have in your IELTS application form. The password would be the same as the one you received in the IELTS registration mail you received.
For IDP IELTS result TRF download, click Download Results on the left-hand side menu.
Choose the timeline for the results that you wish to get from the range of dates. You have to keep in mind and include the date on which you took the test.
Now select the format in which you want to download your results, i.e. CSV or XML.
