Pearson Test of English Academic
IELTS and PTE both are used for testing our proficency in English.IELTS is international relevance and it acceptable all over the world.But PTE is not acceptable it has certain limitation in ceryace countries.PTE is mainly good for Australia.
While considering the difficulties I think PTE is much more simpler than IELTS since PTE is computer based examination while IELTS is human based and also people are getting better score in PTE.
But the main factor we have to consider is our language proficiency.If our language is good then we don't have to worry about These two exams.

Hello,Hello,Pearson Test of English (PTE) is a computer based test to evaluate the candidate proficiency in the English language of non native English speakers who are aspiring to study abroad or are seeking immigration. There is no such specific eligibility criteria related to academic qualification to appear for the exam.However, candidates need to be at least 16 years of age before they appear for the PTE 2018 Academic test.

Yes, it is acceptable, but if you are 16-17 years old, you have to get a certificate from your parents stating they have no objection.

Hi,
some of the colleges have started accepting PTE in Canada. It was earlier accepted in UK, US and Australia. Some of the institutes which started accepting PTE in Canada are Centennial College, Humber College, Seneca College, George Brown, St.Lawrence College, Langara College.
In order to achieve 85+ score in all modules, One need to leave no stone unturned to get well-versed in all of the Four skills - Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. For Speaking - it is required to focus on Intonation, pronunciation, fluency, and Sense of language which means an intelligent speaking. Reading needs to be polished sheer practice intelligently like - reading news paper and magazines. Similarly, writing can be perfect if you know ins and outs of grammer and punctuations. By virtue of being good listener you can clinch 85+ in listening.
