What are the MCAT test centres in India in 2019.
Hey Venky,
the MCAT does not have test centers in India. The test is administered in 19 international locations, and the registration procedure is the same for US and international candidates. However, you need to pay a 90$ additional fee if you are registering for a non-US test location.

Hello,
You are eligible to get admission in medical school in either US or Canada for an MPhil or a PHD program in Nursing. You can also opt for a DNP program. But, in order to practice in these countries, you will have to be a registered nurse in the US or Canada.
The best colleges/universities for education in nursing in the US are:
- University of Pennsylvania
- Johns Hopkins University
- Yale University
- University of Washington
- University of Michigan
The best colleges/universities for education in nursing in Canada are:
- University of Toronto

I m doing BNYS and i vll move use after completing this degree. I need to take mcat or apply for licence. I need to take mcat or Not?
The MCAT exam is for admission to various medical undergraduate programs in Universities in USA and Canada. On the other hand, in order to obtain medical licencing for practice in the US and Canada, you will need to give USMLE. The USMLE is only open to international applicants who have completed or are pursuing MBBS therefore any other medical qualification is not sufficient to satisfy the eligibility criteria for USMLE. You will therefore have to pursue MBBS in either India or abroad in order to obtain medical licencing for the US.
I am an undergrad student in India and am in a Liberal Arts College. I want to know if I am still eligible to write the MCAT for US.
The eligibility criteria for MCAT in the US is having a undergraduate degree for applying to a health professional school.
MCAT Eligibility. According to the AAMC, you are eligible to take the MCAT exam if you are planning to apply to a health professions school. Any student interested in allopathic, osteopathic, podiatric, or veterinary medicine can take the MCAT.
*All pre-medical students fall under this category
Hope this helps.

Dear aspirant,
Mcat exams are usually for students who have completed their mbbs course. But you can write the exam if you apply for "special request".Check their official site for more information about special request.
All the best
can i able to give mcat for MD after my pharmD COURCE?
Hi Madhura,
In order to be eligible for the MCAT examination, international students generally have to have completed an MBBS degree or have to be currently enrolled in an MBBS program.
In your case, as you have completed a course which is not MBBS, then you will need to obtain special permission from the officials in order to be eligible to sit for the MCAT exam. You can find the details for the process of obtaining special permission on the official MCAT web portal:
https://students-residents.aamc.org/applying-medical-school/taking-mcat-exam/
I want to know the eligibility criteria for MCAT.
hii harsh
you are eligible to take the MCAT exam,if you are planning to apply to a health professions school, which includes osteopathic, allopathic, veterinary medicine, podiatric.
MCAT eligibility criteria for international students are-
1) international students have to register for MCAT only for the health professional institute mentioned above. The aspirants will be required to provide a statement verifying their intention to apply to ahealth professions school.
2) candidate has to obtain special permission to register for the exam if he or she is not applying to a health professions school or currently enrolled as a medical student other than mbbs.
3) AMCAS,the conducting authority of MCAT,does not accept international academic transcripts.students have to submit their academic scores seperately to the medical institute they are applying to.
4) international students have to complete at least a 4 years undergraduate course for admission to medical college in the US.
i hope this information helps you.
thank you
Ive completed 12th and want to do MCAT Between MBBS.So I wanna know what will be the earning after MCAT and Is it less than USMLE ??
Hello Sarthak,
You cannot take the MCAT during the MBBS, its an exam and not a course. Opting for the USMLE after the MBBS would be a better option.
The earnings will depend on the college you graduate from, and your specialisation. But the USMLE is a license to practise as a doctor, and MCAT is the exam to get educated as a doctor. You have to take both together to start earning.
