ruchika.chauhan Expert 17th Sep, 2019

Hello

Here is an overview about the exam pattern and the preparation tips.

SAT exam is opted by aspirants who wish to pursue undergraduate studies in the United States and some other countries.

The SAT test is of two types: SAT Reasoning Test which includes Evidence-Based Reading Test, Writing and Language Test, Math Test, and SAT Essay (optional), while the SAT Subject Test includes Science, English, History, Mathematics and Languages.

The best way to prepare for the exam is to firstly know the detailed syllabus and exam pattern. Practice is the key to success. Practice as many questions and papers as you can. You can also join coaching for an effective learning.

The ACT® test is a standardized college entrance test which measures the knowledge of a high school student aspiring for a college degree in the US and is administered by the ACT, a non-profit organisation of the similar name.

According to the exam pattern, the duration of the test is 2 hours 55 minutes.
The ACT test includes 215 multiple-choice questions, and one essay (optional). Those appearing for the optional writing (essay) test have additional 40 minutes to complete their essay.

The ACT test 2019 (without writing) consists of four subject area tests: Mathematics, English, Reading and Science.
To prepare for the exam, you should refer to the good books. Refer to ACT prep guide.
Familiarize yourself with the test instructions, format and subject areas. Know about your strengths and weaknesses and prepare for the test accordingly.

Dear madam ,sir is there any chance to do a bridge course according to the new mci bill ,act for bds students in further study pl clear

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 26th Aug, 2019
Dear Gayathri, there is no lateral entry for MBBS. You have to appear for NEET, qualify and then join 1st year of MBBS. And there is no concept of lateral entry examination for MBBS. A bridge course between BDS and MBBS in under discussion but nothing for B.Sc Graduates. And again the Health Ministry has confirmed that as of June 2019, there is no such proppsal to allow BDS Graduates tonpractise modern medicine. The Dental Council of India has sent a proposal to MCI but now with MCI being scrapped off in favour of NMC, it is yet to be seen how this would shape up. And the Health Minister has also replied in Rajya Sabha if Candidates who have completed BDS can directly join 3rd year MBBS, he said there was no such proposal. And also when asked if BDS and MBBS have similar syllabus in the first 2 years, the Minister replied that 'According to the Board of Directors appointed in supersession of MCI have informed that the syllabus is not similar'. So in short everything remains the same for now.

Why Anna university allotted their most of the seats to gate category nothing for Tancet?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 16th Aug, 2019

hello aspirant,

after gate through allottment list has published, then tancet through admission list will be published. and the seat allocation is totally depends on the college authority. there is nothing to do now. better search some other colleges where admission is done by tancet score.
