What is Magister Jurisdiction?
Law refers to a rule or set of rules that are binding on the courts and regulate the administration of a state, the relationship between the various sectors of government and state matters, and the association or conduct of subjects towards one another. The Magister Juris is a master's degree course offered at various universities and colleges of Law. It is a postgraduate degree comparable to an LL.M. that requires a previous first-class undergraduate degree with honours in law.
