Score requirements in standardised exams for the college you are applying to.
Your IELTS/TOEFL scores should be up to the mark.
Your scholarship amount must be sanctioned.
You need to have good co-curriculars for interview rounds.
Also, do apply within the given dates.

As far as MBBS in concerned it is a Professional degree, different countries and have a different test for studying MBBS, however countries like China, Russia, Ukraine do not require TOEFL and you can directly get admission into MBBS course.
