You can apply in those colleges when their admissions are on. Some of the universities asks for your previous semester's or year's grade cards or mark sheets. and then, later you got to submit your 12th mark sheet once it is out.
SAT,IELTS and all can be attempted any number of times . It's preferable that you start off with SAT exams in your 11th grade itself and then keep on attempting till you achieve your target score. Few books for SAT that can kelp you includes Barrons and Princeton.

Unfortunately no, you cannot take admission in M.Sc course through Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) because it is a postgraduate course and SAT is for admission to undergraduate courses in different countries across the world.

It is an internationally recognized test for admissions to several universities and colleges in the United States, Canada, Australia and other countries. This exam is mainly for undergraduate aspirants who want to pursue their education from the participating institutes of the SAT.

1. Check out the syllabus and structure your preparation, made a plan on how you're going to cover the syllabus.

2. When the plan is ready,make a schedule. Remember timetable matters a lot for this one year. Be ready to give at least 6 hours per day for the preparation.
3. Solve the questions from question banks and previous year JEE papers.

5. Also keep on revising the stuff every third week. It is also a very crucial step in your preparation.

SAT can be attempted any number of times. In SAT Subject Test, they basically take the highest score of each subject and the add them up .
So, its better and suggested that you attempt SAT till the time you get a score above 1800.
SAT exam usually occurs on Saturdays of the months of June, August, October, November, December and May.

I think it is difficult to get cse in PESIT with that rank because according to previous year data no one getting this college with this rank but still college seat is also depend on the category from which he belong the the state quota is also consider so you can go for the counselling till the last round and you can check from the cut-off from here also:-
