Documents required
The candidates need to submit a specified set of documents to be considered for the University of Glasgow admission. Additionally, the students must verify the documentation that must be submitted before turning them in.
Students from India
UG- Central Board (CISCE or CBSE) or other state boards with 75% overall, and 75% in key subjects, although certain degree courses require a higher standard.
PG- Master degrees from Indian central, state, or leading deemed and private universities.
Students from Brazil
UG- Vestibular / ENEM / PAS for admission into Glasgow’s foundation program, which is run by Glasgow International College
PG-Bacharel / Licenciado / Professional title when awarded after 4 years or more with an average of 7 or 3.0 based on the grade scale.
Students from Germany
UG-Average grade of 1.7 with grade 12 in 4 Abiturprüfung subjects. Any required subjects should be taken, when possible, at the Advanced Level (Leistungsfach). Certain degree programs require a higher standard.
PG-Bachelor’s degree from a recognized German university will be considered with the following grade equivalencies:
2:1 - Gut (2.5 or above)

Students applying from different countries must have an IELTS score of at least 6.0 for UG and 6.5 for PG.

Students wishing to travel via bus can use First Bus Journey Planner (app) to plan their journey or can travel via McGill's Buses - Gilmorehill to QEU Hospital, Bus Travel between Garscube, Gilmorehill, and Tay House to go about in Glasgow. The students can pay for the bus fare by using contactless payment cards. The students can even commute using the subway and issue a pass to reduce the travel fare by one-third.
