Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) has announced the inclusion of scores from the GMAT Integrated Reasoning (IR) section in the Unofficial GMAT score report. The Unofficial GMAT Score Report is provided to GMAT exam takers at test centres worldwide immediately after the test.
GMAT Integrated Reasoning (IR):
Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is the leading test for admission to graduate business and management programmes across the world. Earlier it had 3 sections: GMAT Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA), GMAT Quantitative and GMAT Verbal. In June 2012, a new section on Integrated Reasoning was introduced in the GMAT test. But the scores for this section were not available in the Unofficial GMAT score report.
Unofficial GMAT Score Report:
GMAT test takers who choose to report their scores can get a print out of their GMAT Unofficial Score Reports at the test centre. On the other hand, Official GMAT Score Reports are delivered from within 5 to 20 days. The GMAT Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA) essay scores are not included on the Unofficial GMAT score report. They are included on the Official GMAT Score Report sent to students and to schools.
GMAT exam is a computerized exam which can be taken year-round at more than 590 test centers in 112 countries across the world. The standardised exam measures quantitative, verbal, analytical writing, and integrated reasoning abilities in a total testing time of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
