Applications are open for the Saraswati Dalmia Scholarship at the School of Oriental and African Studies(SOAS) 2016. The Saraswati Dalmia Scholarship was established by Yashodhara Dalmia, daughter of Saraswati Dalmia who was a scholar, poet and a social worker. This scholarship is open for full time or part time students who are pursuing their Mphill/Ph.D. in the Department of History of Art and Archaeology and undertaking research in modern and contemporary Indian art at the University of London.

Field of Study: MPhil/PhD in History of Art and Archaeology which involves undertaking research in modern and contemporary Indian art.
Eligibility: Full time and part time MPhil/PhD applicants who are applying in the Department of History of Art and Archaeology which involves undertaking research in modern and contemporary Indian art at the School of Oriental and African Studies, the University of London will be eligible for the scholarship,Candidates who are first year students of full time or part time MPhil/PhD will also be considered but will not be given preference. Students should also have an offer of admission in the Department of History of Art and Archaeology by the scholarship application deadline.
