a) Must be a citizen of India, holding an Indian passport, or equivalent proof of citizenship; PIO or OCI card holders are not eligible
b) Must have completed, or will complete an undergraduate degree by 1 October 2017, with First Class, or equivalent.
c) Must have reached 19th birthday, and not have passed 25th birthday at 1 October 2017, i.e., must have been born after 30 September 1992 and on or before 1 October 1998.

Value of Scholarship: A Rhodes scholarship covers:
All University and College fees
The University application fee;
A personal stipend which is fixed by the Trustees (Â£13,658 per annum 2014-15);
One economy class airfare to Oxford at the start of the scholarship and one economy flight back to the student's home country at the conclusion of the scholarship
Duration: Any full time post graduate degree basically 2 years
Semester start date: October 2017
