Louis Dreyfus-Weidenfeld Scholarships at Oxford 2016 - Applications are open for Louis Dreyfus-Weidenfeld Scholarships and leadership programme 2016-2017 at the University of Oxford. This scholarship is given to the international postgraduate students from developing countries throughout Africa, Asia and South America to promote agriculture, food security and self-sufficiency through education. Scholarship is funded by the Louis Dreyfus Foundation.

Eligibility: Candidate should be excellent in their field and from developing and emerging economic countries of Africa, Asia and South America. It is necessary for an applicant to return to the country of ordinary residence once the course is completed. Students currently at Oxford are not eligible to apply unless they are already Weidenfeld scholars. Students must be admissible at the University of Oxford to be eligible for scholarship.
How to Apply: Aspirants need to apply for Louis Dreyfus-Weidenfeld Scholarshipsalong with the graduate programme application. You need to select ‘Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme’ in the University of Oxford graduate application form. Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear in the interview likely to be conducted via Skype in April, 2016.

Value of Fellowship: Scholarship will cover entire tuition fee and a grant for living costs (minimum Â£14,057).
