Flinders University, Australia announces 10 Flinders International Postgraduate Research Scholarship 2013 awards for international students from any overseas country, except New Zealand.

No. of scholarship: 10 scholarships will be awarded annually.
Scholarship tenable for:
- Three years full-time in the case of Research Doctorate degree students
- Two years full-time in the case of Research Masters degree students
Stipend: Flinders University will provide a stipend equivalent to the FURS accompany the FIPRS. In 2012, the FURS stipend was $23,728 per annum tax-free.
Fee: The FIPRS pays the international student tuition fees charged by Flinders University for a research higher degree.
Scholarship available for international candidates from any overseas country, except New Zealand and not hold Australian citizenship, Australian permanent resident status.
Students must hold University’s academic entry requirements for a Masters degree by research or Doctorate by research, including the English proficiency levels set by Flinders University for international students. Students for whom English is a foreign language will need to provide evidence of their English language competence.
Candidates must not hold an equivalent research higher degree qualification.
Applications are normally only open to students commencing a research higher degree in Australia for the first time.
