Admission Tour 2012 – Autumn Session
India tour of 25 French academic institutions
30 September - 7 October, 2012
New Delhi, 14 September 2012
Admission Tour 2012, jointly organized by the Embassy of France in India and Campus France Paris (www.campusfrance.org), will take place from 30 September to 7 October 2012 in the cities of Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Mumbai.
A delegation of twenty-five French schools and universities will be on an eight-day visit to India to identify prospective candidates for higher education in France and develop cooperation with Indian institutions. The delegation comprises nine engineering and eleven business schools, a university, two specialized institutes and two networks of institutions (see attached list for details).
Representatives of the French institutions will interact on a one-on-one basis with students registered for the event, who will obtain a detailed presentation of course options and scholarship opportunities. They will not only be counselled based on their profiles and aims, but may also receive on-spot admission offers. They will thus have the opportunity to be a part of the 2, 78,000-strong foreign students’ community in France, which ranks third globally in hosting students from all over the world.
