The Harvard MBA programme involves two years of leadership practice combined with real-world challenges. The programme equips the students with global Intelligence to battle global challenges, provides learning in practice that helps students to adapt to the real-life pressures while making important decisions and gives the students opportunities in entrepreneurship and innovation.
The Harvard MBA Course Structure:
The Harvard MBA curriculum brings together theory, practice, experience and talent. The curriculum is divided into four parts:
Year One Fall: During their first year at Harvard Business School, MBA Students study a common curriculum that builds a foundation of general management concepts and skills across all the key disciplines. It includes:

Year Two Fall: During the second year of The Harvard MBA programme, students study electives, which are chosen by them from a large range of elective courses. The electives help to build on the basic concepts of the students that were developed in the Required Curriculum. It helps the students to integrate the functional skills learned by them in the first year into an understanding of the firm as a total enterprise. Students also have the opportunity to take any combination of courses (up to five courses per semester) and to cross-register for courses in other select graduate programmes.
Year Two Spring: This term also consists of elective courses and a chance for cross-registration.
