Q: How to get admission in an Australian university?

A: There are various steps involved in obtaining admission in an Australian university.

Enquiry and application: The first step is to choose the course and start the application. The candidates must start the process at least 10-12 months before the commencement of the course. The application for undergraduate courses requires a high school leaving certificate and graduate courses require a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Application processing: Once the candidate submits the completed application form along with the supporting documents, the admissions committee reviews it and checks the English language skills (if the candidate doesn’t belong to an English speaking country).

Admission acceptance: Once the university is satisfied with the application of the candidate, it sends an offer letter, which the student has to duly sign and submit back to the university. It is followed by the creation of a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE); scheduled compulsory health insurance (OSHC) and forwarding pre-departure and orientation information.

Q: What are the qualification exams?

A: Most of the Australian universities admit international students after considering the IELTS score. There are a few institutes and universities that accept TOEFL scores as well. GRE is not compulsory for admission to any of the Australian universities. However, if the candidate has got a good score in GRE, he/she may submit the score as it may be an added advantage while the admission committee considers the application. For the admission to the management courses, GMAT is compulsory.

A: The undergraduate courses in Australian universities are for three years. The duration of the postgraduate courses is one year and the Master’s degree by research is two year if full-time. The PhD courses take four years to complete if it is full time and a maximum of eight years if it is part time.

The candidate must provide as much information as possible in the application form. Incomplete applications will take more time for processing. For the completion of the application form, the candidate must attach the supporting documents. The documents for each subclass are different.

  • Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from an education provider stating that it has granted the student a place in the institution for a course of study.

  • A copy of the valid passport

  • Four recent passport size photographs

  • Evidence of relationship with parents

  • Evidence of liquid funds

  • Documents of dependants (if any)

A: The official government site for international students, Study Australia, says that the tuition fee for an undergraduate course for international student in Australia varies from AU$15,000 to AU$33,000 (US$30,810) per year. The postgraduate study cost for one year for international students is from AU$20,000 to $37,000 and PhD is from AU$14,000 to $37,000.

A: The students of subclass 570-576 (student visa) have work permit issued along with their visa. However, the candidates with student visa are not allowed to work for more than 40 hours. The student should not start working before the commencement of the course in Australia.

Graduate Work stream: This stream helps international graduates with qualification that is related to an occupation in the Skills Occupation List (SOL) to get an extended visa for 18 months after graduation.

Post-Study Work stream: This stream allows international students with an Australian graduate or higher education degree (irrespective of the field of study) to apply for a visa up to four years depending on their qualification.

can i get mba application in australia i am btech discontinued students

hi,

see mba is a post graduate course, so first of all you need to complete your graduation, then you are eligible to apply for mba, in india most of the institute required 50% marks in graduation as a qualifying marks criteria for mba admission. since you have discontinued your graduation course you are not eligible to study  mba neither in india nor in abroad.

Hello aspirant. Compared to many other countries in terms of cost and education, it is comparatively easier to get admission in autpstralia to study MBBS. The courses offered are proper 4 years degree with even the fee also reasonable.

After your +2, soon the applications release, go on. And it won't take much of a process to apply. So fair chances to get the admission over there

what is the fee structure to study MBBS in Australia and America

Hello aspirant. So mbbs in Australia has usually the duration will be of 4 years. Fee structure depends on university. Some of the famous universities are

1. University of Sydney with fee structure of 64,500 Australian dollar per year

2. Flinders university with fee structure of 63,500 aud again

3. University of Queensland with fee structure of 73,264 aud

MBBS in America

Here, it's not like an mbbs degree. You need to complete any undergraduation degree in india in science subject and then give mcat. There are two degrees MD and DO. Depends on your choice, you can choose the degree. So per year , this degree cost around 40,000 usd to 50,000 usd. So for 4 years. More or less it costs like around 2,00,000 usd.

You can get study visa for the course based on your marks, IELTS score, and other criteria set by Australia. You must first select the course you want to study later you will have to take IELTS course, you must apply prior to 6months from course commencement. You must have enough balance in your bank to fund your education, and expenses, you must have the whole amount before 6 months. Later applying for the course you must apply for education visa from Australian authority. It will take time, and it depends upon your luck and your documents ,visa will be provided then.
